Job Summary: We are seeking a university or technical graduate to perform physical and sensory sampling and analysis of raw materials and report the results. Key Highlights: 1. Generate analysis reports An exporter of Andean grains and legumes is seeking: \- University and/or technical graduates in Food Industries, Agro-industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related fields. · Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRCGS v9 is desirable. · Experience in grain analysis is desirable. · Must reside near the workplace: Lurín (at the level of San Pedro Bridge). · Work schedule is rotating, fulfilling 48 weekly hours, with availability for night shifts (occasional). \- Responsible for sampling on the production line or upon arrival of raw materials. \- Physical and sensory analysis of samples. \- Reporting of analyses.
