Job Summary: Commercial advisor in Los Olivos for BIONIKA, focused on selling and advising customers on electric motorcycles both in-store and digitally, and achieving sales targets. Our brand BIONIKA, an importer specialized in selling state-of-the-art electric motorcycles, is seeking a **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR in LOS OLIVOS.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve customers in physical stores and via digital channels (WhatsApp, social media, etc.). * Advise customers on selecting electric motorcycles based on their needs. * Follow up with potential customers and close sales. * Participate in live broadcasts (lives) for product promotion. * Achieve established sales targets. * Maintain store order and proper product display. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum **3 months** of experience in sales and/or customer service. * Basic knowledge of sales. * Immediate availability. * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary of S/ 1,300\. * Uncapped commissions. * First three months paid via Receipt for Professional Services (RxH), followed by formal payroll enrollment. * Excellent work environment and ongoing training.
