What will you do? Manage and organize our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). Create posts, reels, and strategic content. Support digital marketing and AI-driven automation campaigns. Configure and monitor chatbots and customer service channels. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with prospects. Coordinate and support virtual project presentation meetings (2–3 times per week). Provide support for in-person activities when required (site visits, meetings, or contract signings). Propose new ideas to strengthen FELCA’s digital presence and commercial growth. Profile Experience in digital marketing, social media, or sales. Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools. Excellent communication, organization, and initiative. Results-oriented and capable of working autonomously. Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
