Job Summary: We are seeking Operational Assistants to support loading, unloading, assembly, and organization of products in the timber industry, with emphasis on teamwork and physical endurance. Opportunity for career progression and continuous learning **We are Huarcaya Group**, a leading company in the timber industry, currently recruiting **Operational Assistants**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Strong communication skills, responsibility, ability to work in a team, and good physical stamina. * Availability to work in **Southern Lima**, both at the **plant and on-site (projects)**. * Flexible schedule, including willingness to work overtime. * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Good physical condition **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Load and unload furniture and melamine panels (stowing). * Assemble packages and prepare products for dispatch. * Organize and arrange products according to assigned production line. * Assist in product counting for inventory purposes. * Unload newly arrived products. * Support furniture installation activities. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Enrollment in **MYPE payroll system**. * Formal employment contract from the first day of work. * Opportunity for **career progression** and continuous learning.
