Responsible, efficient, proactive, and organized **REQUIREMENTS**: * Willingness to work in the district of Lince. * Age: 20 to 30 years old. * Kitchen experience (1 year or more). * General knowledge of traditional and Peruvian dishes. * Must be responsible, efficient, have good communication skills, work well in teams, be proactive and organized (able to work under pressure). * Copy of national ID (DNI), health certificate, police and criminal background check (CUL), and study or employment certification. * Studies in Gastronomy (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Preparation of daily dishes. * Plating during service hours. * Assisting with mise en place. * Receiving and processing supplies. * Organizing and storing supplies. * Organizing and cleaning the kitchen area.
