Collaborate in plating and dispatching dishes RRHH Cambridge is currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a prominent restaurant located in San Isidro: **Job Mission:** Ensure efficient and timely support in food preparation, complying with the company's established quality, hygiene, and organization standards. Additionally, assist in ingredient preparation, kitchen area cleaning, and proper use of utensils and equipment, maintaining constant communication with the work team and contributing to delivering agile and efficient service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry * Currently pursuing or having completed a higher education or technical program in gastronomy, culinary arts, or related fields **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation and setup of ingredients according to the chef's or head cook's instructions. * Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other products required for food preparation. * Keep the work area, kitchen utensils, and equipment clean, organized, and disinfected. * Assist in plating and dispatching dishes during service hours. * Verify proper storage and preservation of ingredients, respecting stock rotation and expiration dates. * Collaborate in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients. * Comply with the company's established hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Coordinate continuously with the kitchen team to ensure rapid and efficient service. * Ensure proper use of assigned kitchen utensils, equipment, and materials. Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
