SMARTTEC, an authorized Claro distributor dedicated to marketing home services such as internet, telephony, and cable, is currently seeking a FOLLOW-UP BACK OFFICE professional to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES * Track sales generated by commercial advisors. * Contact customers to verify the status of their requests and installations. * Manage recovery of sales affected by incidents during the installation process. * Coordinate with the technical department to resolve observations and ensure sales continuity. * Update tracking records and reports. * Provide guidance and support to customers during service activation. WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. WORK LOCATION * Los Olivos, one block from the Los Olivos Municipality. REQUIREMENTS * Immediate availability. * Experience in commercial follow-up, customer service, or call centers (preferred). * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Responsibility, organization, and commitment. * Residency in Los Olivos or nearby districts (preferred).
