Job Summary: We are seeking a Boiler Operator to operate and control industrial boilers, monitor operating parameters, perform startups and shutdowns, and conduct routine equipment inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and control of industrial gas and/or diesel boilers 2. Monitoring of boiler operating parameters 3. Support in equipment maintenance and cleaning **JOB OPPORTUNITY – BOILER OPERATOR!** **Work Location:** Conchán Plant – Villa El Salvador, opposite Touring de Conchán (2nd bridge on the South Pan-American Highway). **Main Responsibilities:** \- Operate and control industrial gas and/or diesel boilers. \- Monitor and control boiler operating parameters. \- Perform boiler startup, operation, and shutdown according to established procedures. \- Verify operating conditions of the boiler, auxiliary equipment, and associated systems. \- Conduct routine inspections and checks to identify potential anomalies or failures. \- Record operating parameters and report any deviations to the area supervisor. \- Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures during operations. \- Support basic maintenance and cleaning activities for equipment and facilities in the area. **Requirements:** \- **Minimum 5 years of experience as a Boiler Technician or Industrial Boiler Operator.** \- **Knowledge and experience operating gas and/or diesel boilers rated at 100–300 PSI.** \- Familiarity with steam systems, combustion systems, and boiler auxiliary equipment. \- Knowledge of safety procedures for boiler operation. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits:** \- Base salary: S/ 2,200 \- Mobility bonus: S/ 247 \- Food card: S/ 260 \- Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. \- CTS and profit-sharing bonuses. \- Family allowance (if applicable). \- Paid overtime. \- Approximate annual bonuses equivalent to 1–2 monthly salaries. **Weekly Rotating Shifts:** \- Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. \- Afternoon shift: 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. \- Night shift: 9:30 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. Shifts and rest days rotate weekly (between Thursday and Sunday). **Do you meet the profile?** You may send me your CV for evaluation and to proceed with the selection process.
