Professional development with career progression paths and training programs **JOIN US!** **BECOME PART OF THE KINDOM FAMILY.** Our prestigious **4-STAR HOTEL** is currently seeking the following professionals: **Chefs: Peruvian, Oriental, Frying Station, Ceviche Station, Buffet Station; Kitchen Assistants; Pastry Assistants; Waiters \- Bartenders.** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduate of Gastronomy program or minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. · Demonstrable experience as a chef; experience using cutting tools, kitchen utensils, and oven trays/containers. · Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (griddle, oven, boiling, etc.) · Ability to strictly follow all sanitary procedures. · Teamwork capability; excellent communication skills; outstanding physical condition and stamina. · Teamwork capability. · Health Certificate (processing period allowed). · Immediate availability to work rotating shifts. · Responsibility, punctuality, and orderliness. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Organize workstations with all required ingredients and kitchen equipment; prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) · Ensure excellent plating presentation before serving. · Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment. · Ensure all food and other products are properly stored; inspect ingredient quality; monitor inventory levels and place orders to the warehouse when supplies run low. · Prepare cold dishes, Peruvian dishes, and Oriental dishes per the Chef's instructions. · Work Experience: · 1 year in this role or related positions; rotation across Peruvian, Oriental, etc., stations; preparation and presentation of à la carte dishes. · Advance production planning for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner buffets; prepare lunch for staff. · Rotation across Peruvian, Oriental, etc., stations. · Preparation and presentation of à la carte dishes. **WE OFFER:** **· We offer:** * **Salary \+ bonus \+ meals.** * **Career progression path.** * **Seminars and training programs.** * **All statutory benefits (50%).** * **The opportunity to work at the most important hotel in the area.** Apply through this channel or send your CV to our WhatsApp number: 989399567 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
