Collaborate as a team and pay attention to detail in a healthcare setting. **Job Description** We are currently seeking Cleaning and Maintenance Staff for a healthcare clinic, responsible for ensuring cleaning, disinfection, order, and basic maintenance of all institutional areas, thereby guaranteeing safe and hygienic environments before, during, and after patient care, in accordance with internal procedures and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Clean, disinfect, and organize medical consultation rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, hallways, reception desks, laboratories, administrative areas, and outdoor zones. * Conduct continuous cleaning throughout the workday, promptly addressing any area requiring immediate attention. * Perform post-patient-care cleaning to ensure appropriate and safe environments. * Carry out inspections and cleaning after lunch breaks and prior to clinic closure. * Record all cleaning and maintenance activities in designated forms. * Monitor cleaning supply inventory and promptly report replenishment needs. * Report incidents, spills, damages, leaks, moisture, or unsafe conditions. * Perform other duties related to the department as assigned by Operations or Management. **Requirements** **Over 30 years of age** **Education:** * Completed secondary education * Preferably trained in institutional cleaning and/or biosafety. **Experience:** * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance roles within clinics, health centers, companies, or similar institutions. * Preferably experienced in cleaning high-traffic areas. **Competencies and Skills:** * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage high patient volumes. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and biosafety standards. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. Work Schedule: 7 a.m. \- 4 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
