Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Cleaning and Maintenance Worker to maintain hygiene and building aesthetics, supporting the preservation of internal and external environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness of rooms and building aesthetics. 2. Assist in preserving external and internal environments. 3. 8-hour work schedule with one day off per week. We require personnel to fill the position of **Cleaning and Maintenance Worker** in a building located in **Magdalena del Mar**, preferably **MALES**, aged 20–45, serious, productive, and responsible individuals residing nearby or in adjacent areas, with immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure rooms remain clean. * Guarantee building aesthetics. * Assist in preservation tasks for external and internal environments. **Work Schedule:** * 8-hour shift per day with one day off per week **Additional Information:** * Uniform, photo ID card, and on-the-job orientation regarding responsibilities will be provided from day one. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits under the REMYPE regime. * Monthly salary deposited directly into a payroll account. * 15 days of vacation. * Enrollment in AFP or ONP and insurance. * Inclusion in the company payroll from day one. * Health insurance covered by the employer (SIS MICROEMPRESAS). * Life insurance as required by law.
