As experts, we provide all necessary parts and supplies to individuals engaged in furniture manufacturing, assembly, and installation, enabling them to successfully execute their projects. We are looking for top-tier cleaning and maintenance talent with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in office, retail store, or commercial establishment cleaning and maintenance. * **Knowledge:** * Use of cleaning products and tools. * Basic safety and hygiene standards. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to perform physical work. * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. * Commitment to hygiene and order. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of **restrooms, offices, sales area, cafeteria, kitchen, break room, and other administrative spaces**. * Maintain stock levels of cleaning and hygiene supplies in restrooms, kitchen, and cafeteria (soap, toilet paper, napkins, etc.). * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across all assigned areas. * Clean and disinfect furniture, desks, chairs, and equipment in offices and common areas. * Remove trash from administrative spaces and place it in designated collection points. * Occasionally assist with cleaning in production and dispatch areas as required. * Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs in restrooms, kitchen, offices, and other spaces. * Comply with company-established safety and hygiene regulations.
