Maintain the image and optimal condition of the facilities ***JOIN OUR CLEANING TEAM AT XFLY LINCE GYM!*** **At XFLY Funcional Training**, we are looking for top talent to join our team as a **Cleaning Assistant (Morning Shift)**. **CLEANING ASSISTANT** **Job Mission** Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the gym facilities, guaranteeing optimal, safe, and functional spaces for our customers through efficient execution of cleaning, maintenance, and operational support tasks. **Requirements** * Prior cleaning experience (homes, offices, commercial premises, etc.) * Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, and commitment. * Residence in areas near Lince, Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, San Borja, and others. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform continuous cleaning and disinfection of the training area, equipment, reception, training zones, and restrooms. * Carry out periodic cleaning of the main entrance, parking area, or exterior premises. * Properly remove and dispose of solid waste from bins located in the training hall, locker rooms, and reception during and at the end of the workday. * Maintain order, appearance, and optimal condition of the facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers. **Morning Shift Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * Rotating day off: Saturday or Sunday **Afternoon Shift Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Sundays and holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * Rotating day off: Saturday or Sunday **Benefits** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month, with all statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * Positive work environment. * Free membership to our gyms. * Immediate hiring.
