Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Executive to advise customers, identify their needs, prepare quotations, manage sales closures, and achieve commercial objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer service and advisory support. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on customer requirements. * Prepare quotations and track commercial opportunities. * Manage sales closures and ensure accurate issuance of commercial documents. * Maintain up-to-date product information and available stock levels. * Achieve established commercial objectives. * Conduct Live sales on TikTok. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields — currently ongoing or completed (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. * Experience in hardware stores, tool/equipment companies, industrial equipment firms, or similar industries is preferred. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competencies: * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Negotiation skills. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Results orientation.
