Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Content Creator for our marketing team, with passion for social media and the real estate and hospitality sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn and grow within an expanding company We are looking for a **creative Content Creator \- Part-Time**, interested in digital trends and passionate about social media. You will join the marketing team to create content for the real estate and hospitality sector (Airbnb). **Responsibilities** * Generate content ideas primarily for Instagram and TikTok. * Record and edit videos (Reels, TikToks, and short-form content). * Participate in filming sessions in apartments and outdoor locations. * Monitor trends and propose innovative content. * Support marketing campaigns and initiatives. **Requirements** * Student, graduate, or professional with experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related fields (not mandatory). * Preferably 6 months of experience creating content. * Own content recording equipment (smartphone, microphone, and lights). * Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar tools. * Comfortable recording content and performing on camera (highly valued). * Intermediate knowledge of photography and video recording using smartphones or cameras. * Creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills. **We Offer** * Compensation: S/ 800 per month. * On-site work in Barranco. * Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Opportunity to learn and grow within an expanding company. * Two weeks of paid vacation upon completion of one year of employment. **How to Apply:** * Send your resume via WhatsApp to **904 354 073**, stating that you are applying for the CONTENT CREATOR position.
