Job Summary: We are seeking Full-Time Multifunctional Pickers to manage, prepare, and deliver orders while maintaining product organization and control within a dark store. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment We are currently recruiting **Full-Time Multifunctional Pickers** for our hidden store / dark store located at Av. Petit Thouars 3961, San Isidro. Latin America’s **SuperApp** promotes inclusion and equal opportunity in accordance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and prepare orders entered via the application. * Perform picking, packing, and delivery of orders to the assigned rider. * Maintain order and proper product distribution within the store. * Conduct assigned cyclic counts and inventories. * Verify correct receipt and quality control of merchandise. * Ensure proper product rotation and shrinkage control. * Support operational functions related to store operations. **Requirements:** * Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * If you cannot accommodate rotating shifts, we offer a fixed schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Availability to work Full-Time. * Customer service, retail, warehouse, or operational experience is desirable. * If you lack experience, we will train you! **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration starting on your first working day. * Statutory benefits at 100%. * Corporate benefits. * Internal discounts. * Growth and development opportunities within 6 months. * Positive work environment.
