Then **MYPE PAYROLL** (enrollment in payroll starting from the 4th month) **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (day off on Wednesday or Thursday) **Position Type:** Full-time About the Position A prominent company in the commercial sector is seeking a **Customer Service and Sales Advisor** to deliver exceptional in-store customer service, guide customers through the purchasing process, and support the achievement of business goals. We seek a dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented candidate with strong interpersonal skills, focused on customer service and in-person sales. Main Responsibilities * Provide personalized customer service in-store. * Advise customers on products and resolve inquiries. * Conduct sales and promote products according to customer needs. * Assist with store organization, product restocking, and display. * Record basic information and provide administrative support using Office tools. * Maintain appropriate appearance and presentation of the point of sale. * Comply with customer service guidelines and business objectives. Requirements * **Completed secondary education**. * Basic experience in **customer service, in-person sales or cashier duties** (preferred). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Availability to work on-site in **Huacho**. * Availability to work Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off (Wednesday or Thursday).
