Respond inquiries from the financial institution and external customers. Prepare management reports. Assemble credit and guarantee files. Track and monitor assigned signature processes on a daily basis. Other duties related to the portfolio under management. Track and monitor assigned in-person signature processes on a daily basis. A leading multinational company in the BPO services sector is currently seeking a Senior Guarantee Executive to contribute talent toward business development. Requirements Technical degree in progress or completed in Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative tasks involving physical and virtual file management, digitization, and document validation. Basic proficiency in spreadsheet software. Familiarity with technological platforms. Availability to work in San Isidro (on-site). Benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (48 hours per week) **Work Mode:** On-site at the San Isidro office. **Salary:** S/1450 (full payroll coverage starting Day 1). **Variable Pay:** up to S/200 (starting from the 3rd month).
