Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses **E\-commerce and Customer Support Assistant (Remote / Part\-Time)** **Location:** 100% Remote (Peru) **Schedule:** 5 hours per day (Monday to Saturday) **Salary:** S/. 600\.00 base \+ Performance-based delivery bonuses (Average monthly income: S/. 800\.00 \- S/. 900\.00). Who Are We Looking For? We seek a proactive, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our e-commerce team. **No prior experience is required** — we provide comprehensive training from scratch. All you need is a computer, stable internet connection, and strong motivation to learn. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? 1\. Digital Management on Shopify (We’ll teach you how to use AI) * Generate commercial product images using Artificial Intelligence tools (following simple instructions). * Edit and structure visual sections and text on our online store pages. * Upload and organize customer reviews on the website. 2\. Order Confirmation and Logistics via WhatsApp (Fast-paced) * Contact customers immediately (within 5 minutes) upon purchase registration. * Conduct daily follow-ups on pending orders and send delivery reminders to customers in Lima and provinces. * Process confirmed orders in the logistics system at the end of each day. * Coordinate in real time with delivery personnel in case of any delivery issues. Requirements * A stable computer or laptop and fast home internet connection. * Impeccable spelling and fluency in written chat communication. * **Strong sense of urgency:** Speed and attentiveness when responding to WhatsApp messages. * Ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
