Job Summary: This role seeks a professional to design, maintain, and evolve data and financial reporting solutions enabling agile, data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and optimize data and financial reporting solutions. 2. Automate manual financial processes and ensure data governance. 3. Develop automated alerts and reports for financial deviations. **Date:** Sep 3, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Design, maintain, and evolve data and financial reporting solutions that enable FP\&A to access reliable, granular, and accessible information, empowering agile, aligned, and data-driven decision-making. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Consolidate financial information from CMP and build management reports. * Build and maintain profitability and financial/business data cubes. * Design and optimize self-service dashboards and reports. * Automate manual financial processes (forecasting, OPEX, monthly close). * Define, document, and consolidate financial/business metrics (EBITDA, margin, etc.) for KPI management. * Ensure traceability and data governance for FP\&A. * Document data structures, sources, and ETL processes. * Develop automated alerts and reports for financial deviations. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Completion of courses and/or specialization in data analytics tools. * Knowledge and experience with fundamentals of financial planning, management control, and profitability analysis. * Solid understanding of financial concepts (EBITDA, margins, profitability, etc.). * Familiarity with accounting structures, cost center hierarchies, and financial reporting. * Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, cube creation, and visualization: Power BI, Excel, SQL/BigQuery, DAX. * Proficiency in advanced tools for workflow improvement and AI-powered responses (Microsoft Fabric, PowerApps, Python). * Experience handling large volumes of operational and transactional data. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros). * GCP (Google Cloud Platform) proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of SAP Hyperion (desirable) and/or Oracle EPM.
