Job Summary: We are seeking an assistant with an interest in flowers and decoration to support customer service, arrangement preparation, and social media content management at a growing florist. A florist currently undergoing growth—focused on crafting intentional arrangements, modern bouquets, and emotionally resonant experiences through aesthetic flowers and gifts—is looking for an assistant. **Requirements:** * 6 months of experience in floristry or related fields * Experience assembling bouquets or willingness to learn * Basic proficiency with TikTok and Instagram * Interest in flowers, decoration, or entrepreneurship * Availability to work Monday through Friday, hours to be agreed upon **Responsibilities:** * In-store and WhatsApp customer service * Order reception and sales support * Flower wrapping and preparation of simple arrangements * Recording stories and videos for TikTok and Instagram * Visual organization and cleaning of the store * Support in promotions and campaigns **Compensation:** Daily or weekly payment + sales incentives, based on experience and performance Location: Surco Workplace: On-site employment
