Develop and maintain an active talent pool. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage recruitment and selection processes by establishing agile strategies that enable the hiring of top talent. * Manage end-to-end selection processes for strategic and operational positions nationwide, ensuring timely hiring of suitable talent. * Design and execute external recruitment strategies aligned with business needs, guaranteeing a steady flow of qualified candidates. * Conduct competency-based interviews and profile assessments to identify the best fit for each position. * Develop and maintain an active talent pool to meet future hiring needs across various regions of the country. Present candidate shortlists to internal clients, providing advisory support and guidance during decision-making. Develop hunting and market mapping strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
