Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time waitress to serve customers, take orders, deliver food, maintain area orderliness, and support the team in delivering excellent service. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning maintenance and team support **EMPLOYMENT OFFER – FULL-TIME WAITRESS** **Position:** Waitress – Full-Time **Monthly Salary:** S/ 1,600 **Payment Method:** Biweekly payments **WORK SCHEDULE** This position involves **6 working days per week**, with rotating shifts: * **Openings:** 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. * **Closings:** 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. * **1 day per week:** 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. * Includes **1 hour and 30 minutes of break time**. * Includes **lunch and dinner**. * Shifts are **rotating** and may vary weekly. * The schedule will be sent **every Friday**, indicating the corresponding shifts for the following week. * **Day off:** 1 day per week, as scheduled. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner. * Accurately take orders and enter them into the system. * Be familiar with the menu, products, promotions, and prices of Pollu.pe. * Recommend products and promotions to customers when appropriate. * Serve food and beverages appropriately and promptly. * Verify that delivered orders are correct and complete. * Monitor tables throughout service. * Keep tables clean, tidy, and ready for new customers. * Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area. * Set up and clear tables as required. * Wash dishes, tableware, cutlery, and other utensils used during service, ensuring they remain clean and available for customer service. * Clean and organize each area of the restaurant. * Comply with company-established protocols for service, hygiene, and appearance. * Support the team in various tasks necessary to ensure high-quality service. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **6 months’ experience as a waitress** or in customer service. * Valid health certificate. * Professional personal appearance. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Friendliness and customer orientation. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive and dynamic attitude. * **Willingness to learn and continue developing in this role.** **BENEFITS** * **MYPE benefits starting from the 4th month of employment.** * During the **first 3 months**, payment will be made via **Receipt for Professional Services (RH)**. * From the 4th month onward: **EsSalud health insurance, AFP pension plan, and 2 weeks of vacation**, in accordance with MYPE regime benefits. * **15% discount on the entire menu** for personal consumption, excluding promotions and products from **Barrio de Pollu**. * Starting from the **5th month of employment**, a **performance bonus** will be granted, subject to meeting the criteria established by the company. * **Meals included**, according to assigned shift. * **Biweekly payments.** * 100% tip retention (tips are deposited every Monday). **GENERAL TERMS** * **Position:** Waitress – Full-Time. * **Salary:** S/ 1,600 * **Working Days:** 6 days per week. * **Day Off:** 1 day per week, as scheduled. * **Shifts:** Rotating. * **Scheduling:** Sent every Friday for the following week. * **Meals:** Included during working hours. **Pollu.pe** Av.
