Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to coordinate with suppliers, schedule delivery routes, manage warehouse operations, and support import/export activities in the industrial sector. We are a microenterprise supplying industrial goods and services to the mining, port, and construction sectors. We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our operations team. What will you do? Coordinate with suppliers for pickup of purchased products (tracking via phone, email, and WhatsApp). Schedule daily pickup and delivery routes, prioritizing based on commitments to customers. Receive goods, verify them against the purchase order (product, code, quantity, and documentation), and enter them into the warehouse system. Prepare customer shipments: packaging, coordination of shipping guides, and documentation for receipt. Support coordination of imports and exports (tracking couriers, freight agents, and shipping documents). Maintain warehouse inventory control and report on purchase status, receipts, and deliveries. What are we looking for? Technical or university graduate in logistics, industrial administration, international trade, or related fields. No prior experience required — fieldwork or internships are valued. Organized, punctual, and meticulous individual regarding documentation. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Desirable: Class A1 driver’s license. Preference given to candidates residing in Eastern Lima (Santa Anita, Ate, El Agustino, SJL, or surrounding areas). What do we offer?
