Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service Grill Cook – La Punta, Callao Branch A restaurant chain is looking for a Grill Cook for our La Punta – Callao branch — a dynamic, responsible, and passionate individual skilled in preparing meats and grilled products. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and grill meats, poultry, and other products. * Monitor cooking times and dish presentation. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the grill area. * Verify proper storage and stock rotation of supplies. * Comply with quality, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. * Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure appropriate service timing. * Assist in supply control and prevent unnecessary waste. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience as a grill cook or grill assistant. * Knowledge of meat handling and cooking doneness levels. * Experience in restaurants or food service chains. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in La Punta – Callao.
