




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, selection, employee onboarding, management of insurance policies and employment procedures, as well as improvement of the organizational climate. Job Description: We are a logistics operator with over 10 years in the market, and we are currently seeking an HR Assistant. **Responsibilities**: * Conduct recruitment and personnel selection. * Coordinate and deliver employee onboarding. * Process insurance policy enrollments and renewals (SCTR and VIDA LEY). * Process registrations and cancellations in the T\-REGISTRO system. * Support in personnel timekeeping. * Support in contract control and renewal. * Receive and validate employee documentation (DM, appointments, VIVASALUD). * Manage and organize documents (disciplinary notices, loans, payroll slips, settlements). * Support activities aimed at improving organizational climate and internal training. * Support in graphic and audiovisual content creation for events, campaigns, etc. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements**: * Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation (PREFERRED) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Familiarity with digital tools * Availability to work in Punta Hermosa (within BSF Warehouses) **We Offer**: * Salary based on evaluation * Mobility Bonus * 70% food coverage * Working hours: MONDAY TO SATURDAY * Birthday leave day Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
