Job Summary: We are seeking a promoter to boost candy sales in markets and warehouses, conduct product sampling, and meet sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in achieving sales targets **PROMOTER - HUANCAYO** Our client is a well-known confectionery company in the labor market, currently seeking promoters in Huancayo to work in the traditional channel (markets and warehouses); preference will be given to candidates residing in the same city. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months’ experience in the traditional channel as promoters, samplers, or tasters. Experience in direct customer interaction. Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM. Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** Visit established sales points together with the sales representative. Introduce and promote product sales. Conduct product sampling and address customer questions to raise brand awareness. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Track customer orders and verify order details. Escalate inquiries, complaints, and returns to immediate supervisors and respective departments. Support any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** Monthly remuneration of S/1430 (S/1130 base + S/300 mobility allowance) Monthly payments via honorarium receipts.
