Job Summary: We are seeking technicians to perform maintenance work on cable, telephone, or internet installations, with paid training. Key Highlights: 1. Career path opportunities and company profit-sharing On behalf of our client, CICSA, we are looking for INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS WITH A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (CATEGORY A1), NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. **What will you do? You will be responsible for performing maintenance work on cable, telephone, or internet installations.** Requirements: * Technicians with or without experience (if no experience, you will receive one month of paid training) * Completed secondary education * Valid driver's license (Category A1) Benefits: * **One month of paid training (S/1300 soles)** * **Full payroll enrollment from the first day of work** * **Base salary of 1300 soles** * **300 soles attendance bonus** * **900 soles welcome bonus (300 soles paid over the first three months = 900 soles)** * **Average monthly commission of 1500 soles for installations** * **Career path** * **Company profit-sharing** Schedule and routes: * Six days per week, one day off, working hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Installations assigned by district, near your residence Interview and training location: Company base in Villa El Salvador. If the candidate resides in distant districts, free accommodation will be provided during the one-month training period.
