Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance IT Support professional to provide microcomputer support for various hardware and software systems, including installations, configurations, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT support for laptops, PCs, printers, ticket printers, label printers, and handheld devices 2. Installation and configuration of software, OS formatting, and backup/restoration 3. Preventive maintenance for PCs, laptops, and printers A leading retail company is looking for top talent to fill the position of: **(1) Freelance IT Support.** **Requirements:** * **Technical degree in Computing and Informatics (final semesters) or related field.** * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, software installation, and antivirus deployment. * **Experience supporting printers, label printers, ticket printers, and/or handheld devices.** * Valid RUC (Taxpayer Registration Number) * **Steel-toed boots required.** * Must reside in Piura. **Responsibilities:** * **On-demand basis.** * Provide microcomputer support for laptops, PCs, printers, ticket printers, label printers, and handheld devices as needed, reporting all service activities to the project coordinator. * **Provide software-level user support, including software installation and configuration; OS formatting for equipment; performing data backup and restoration when necessary—applicable to PCs and/or handheld devices.** * Perform preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, and/or printers. * **Provide printer support, including print queue setup and supplier coordination if required.** * Provide label printer support, including reconfiguration and setup. **Benefits:** * **Freelance work with Receipt for Professional Services (Recibo por Honorarios)** * Availability to work FREELANCE Monday through Saturday, fulfilling an 8-hour daily schedule. * **Compensation: Per ticket: S/50 for microcomputer services and S/17.00 for handheld device and tablet services. Per day (S/80 for an 8-hour shift), as required.** * Bi-weekly payments Salary: S/.50.00 – S/.80.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
