Strong commercial orientation and strategic vision **JOB OFFERING!** **Position:** KAM – Headhunting Services **Base Salary:** S/ 3,000 **Commissions:** S/ 2,000 – S/ 3,500 **Employment Model:** Independent Contractor Agreement (first 3 months) **Job Description** We seek a Headhunting Services Key Account Manager with strong commercial orientation and strategic vision to lead new account acquisition and business development in the recruitment and selection sector. You will be responsible for driving organizational growth through consultative sales of headhunting services and building long-term commercial relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify new corporate clients requiring recruitment and selection processes. * Open and manage strategic accounts. * Execute consultative sales processes for recruitment and selection services. * Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities. * Prepare commercial proposals aligned with client needs. * Negotiate and close B2B commercial agreements. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery. * Achieve and exceed established commercial targets. **Key Accountabilities** * Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients. * Build solid, sustainable commercial relationships over time. * Ensure appropriate end-to-end management of the commercial process. * Represent the company with a high level of professionalism. **Reporting Line and Team Oversight** **Reports to:** Commercial Management / Executive Leadership **Team Oversight:** Not applicable **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** 3–6 years in business development, account acquisition, and consultative sales—specifically within headhunting or recruitment and selection services. * **Technical Knowledge:** * CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) * Sales pipeline management * B2B consultative selling techniques * **Skills:** negotiation, effective communication, results orientation, and ability to build trust-based relationships. **Desired Competencies** * Proactivity and autonomy * Commercial focus and goal achievement * Analytical ability and client understanding * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer** * Attractive compensation package (base + variable) * Growth opportunity in an expanding company * Professional development in the talent services sector **Note:** Only candidates with experience selling recruitment and selection services will be considered.
