




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with a service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and proactivity for dish preparation, ingredient preparation, and kitchen maintenance. Teamwork and passion for gastronomy Assist in preparing menu items (breakfast and lunch) Ensure appropriate quantities of ingredients required for the day Prepare sauces, side dishes, and beverages Receive, inspect, clean, and distribute goods Clean, peel, and cut vegetables Mix ingredients, supply management, and production Check inventory levels of ingredients to be used during service as needed Assist the cook in keeping the kitchen and storage area clean Other duties related to the position. Requirements: Six months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant A service-oriented, responsible, proactive, quick-thinking, and well-organized individual with strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, teamwork ability, orderliness, punctuality, and passion for gastronomy. Residence in areas adjacent to Comas Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour break); Sundays and holidays off Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
