General support in kitchen area activities **Kitchen Assistant – La Molina /** ***San Isidro*** **/ Surquillo** We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to work at our various locations in La Molina, San Isidro, and Surquillo. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchens or restaurants. · Completed secondary education. · Technical studies in Gastronomy preferred but not required. · Valid CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). · Full availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. · Availability to work rotating shifts. · Availability to work at locations in La Molina, San Isidro, or Surquillo. **Responsibilities:** · Prepare dishes following standard recipes. · Carry out production and mise en place for the area. · Comply with company-established quality, hygiene, and safety standards. · Keep the work area clean and organized. · Conduct weekly inventory of supplies. · Report incidents and observations to the immediate supervisor. · Provide general support in kitchen area activities. · Perform other duties related to the position and aimed at ensuring smooth operations. **Work Schedule and Location:** · Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. · 48-hour weekly schedule (8 hours per day). · Rotating shifts within the range of 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. · Work location: La Molina, San Isidro, or Surquillo. **Benefits:** · Full payroll registration from day one. · All statutory benefits. · Base salary: S/. 1,503\. · Variable bonuses for performance or goal achievement, up to S/. 200 monthly. · Meals provided during working hours. · Timely monthly payments. · Opportunity for professional growth and career path. · Ongoing training.
