Dynamic work environment with a strong focus on teamwork **Chifa Shin Wing – Now Hiring** We are Chifa Shin Wing, a small and family-run chifa, and we are looking for responsible, proactive individuals with a positive attitude to join our team. **Kitchen Assistant** Responsibilities: ● Assist in food preparation. ● Wash, cut, and organize ingredients. ● Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area. ● Support the chef during service hours. ● Comply with basic food hygiene and handling standards. Requirements: ● Prior kitchen experience (preferred); training provided if none. ● Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to work collaboratively. ● Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. ● Availability to work during scheduled hours. **Waiter / Customer Service** Responsibilities: ● Greet and attend to customers courteously. ● Take orders and serve food and beverages. ● Keep tables and dining area clean and tidy. ● Assist with general tasks at the establishment. ● Deliver an excellent customer experience. Requirements: ● Experience as a waiter or in customer service (preferred); training provided if none. ● Positive attitude and courteous demeanor. ● Responsibility and punctuality. ● Ability to work collaboratively. ● Professional appearance and willingness to learn. **Location:** Avenida San Luis 2664, San Borja.
