We are currently looking for dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Kitchen Assistants at our facility located in the Miraflores district. **Work Modality** * Full-time schedule * 8 hours per day * 1 weekly day off (SUNDAY) * Working hours: **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)** **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation according to kitchen department instructions. * Perform mise en place (washing, cutting, and portioning of ingredients). * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work areas. * Assist in plating dishes. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Assist in receiving and storing ingredients. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service. **Requirements** * Prior kitchen experience (preferred but not mandatory). * Strong desire to learn and develop in the gastronomic field. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactive, responsible attitude and ability to work in a team. * Availability for rotating shifts. **We Offer** * Competitive market-rate salary * Formal employment registration under REMYPE * Excellent work environment, dynamic and professional * Opportunities for growth within the company * Breakfast and lunch provided If you are passionate about cooking and wish to join a growing company in the gourmet gastronomic industry, ***we invite you to apply!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
