Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Logistics-Purchasing Assistant to manage purchase orders, quotations, inventory, and supplier communication in the textile sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking **01 LOGISTICS\-PURCHASING ASSISTANT**, proactive, responsible, and punctual. **Requirements:** · Student or graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. · 3 to 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). · Availability to work in Cercado de Lima. · Intermediate Excel proficiency. · Availability to conduct field purchases. · Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** · Process purchase orders. · Manage procurement of supplies, uniforms, PPE, general services, and/or spare parts. · Track quotations. · Manage spare parts procurement and inventory replenishment. · Handle shipping documents and invoices. · Monitor inventory levels for supplies, spare parts, and other items. · Communicate with suppliers and internal departments. · Conduct procedures at various institutions. · Provide support as requested by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** · Formal employment with statutory benefits (year-end bonuses, severance pay, vacation, profit sharing, EsSalud, SCTR insurance). · Professional growth opportunity. · 40% food allowance coverage. · Contract type: Indefinite-term.
