Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team, specialized in merchandising, sales support, and promotional services. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate with internal clients and manage onboarding of collaborators At PUM, a national leader in commercial outsourcing specializing in merchandising, sales support, and promotional services, we are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team. **Who are we looking for?** * Must be Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field graduates or bachelor's degree holders. * Experience in mass recruitment for operational profiles in the retail sector. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (forms, databases). * Experience in recruitment via job boards, digital channels, and headhunting. * Competency-based interview skills, both in-person and virtual. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Post and create job advertisements on employment portals, social media, and mass media. * Screen, invite candidates, and coordinate/conduct interviews. * Maintain an updated candidate database. * Execute mass recruitment campaigns. * Coordinate with internal clients regarding vacancy status and onboarding. * Manage new collaborator onboarding: document verification, coordination with operations, and onboarding reporting. * Build new candidate pipelines (job fairs, strategic partnerships, etc.) **We offer** * Market-aligned salary: PEN 1,300, service fee receipt. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Work modality: 100% on-site in La Perla – Callao (near the intersection of Av.
