Our commitment is to deliver fast and safe service, upholding high standards of quality and customer care. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We seek committed motorcycle professionals to deliver light mechanical assistance services to our clients. As part of our team, you will be a true hero on the road—efficiently, safely, and courteously resolving vehicle emergencies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform light mechanical assistance services: tire and wheel replacement, battery charging and basic electrical diagnostics, non-invasive door unlocking techniques, vehicle towing and fuel delivery, tire inflation and pressure verification * Coordinate with the operations center to ensure timely service delivery * Prepare detailed reports for each intervention performed * Maintain the motorcycle unit and equipment in optimal condition * Ensure safety during all interventions, strictly adhering to established protocols **REQUIREMENTS:** **MANDATORY:** * Valid motorcycle driver’s license (category B2B) * Completed secondary education * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including holidays) * Proficiency in navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps) * Proactive attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and customer orientation **PREFERRED:** * Basic automotive mechanical knowledge * Prior experience in mechanical assistance services * Residence in strategic areas of Metropolitan Lima **WE OFFER:** * Formal payroll employment from day one (ESSALUD, CTS, vacation benefits) * Competitive market-aligned salary plus performance and effectiveness bonuses * Complete uniform and safety equipment * Complementary occupational risk insurance (SCTR) * Continuous technical training and customer service training * Job stability and real opportunities for growth and internal reclassification * Collaborative work environment focused on professional development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.2,100.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you currently hold a valid, unrestricted motorcycle driver’s license (category B2B) suitable for employment? * Are you available to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends? * Do you have experience in mechanical assistance?
