We operate 2 brands—restaurant and café—strategically located across various districts of Lima. Join our team! We are currently seeking a WAITER for our Barletto restaurant located in San Miguel. **What Do You Need to Apply?** * Completed secondary education, technical studies, or university degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants or cafés. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ease of commuting to San Miguel. * Knowledge of the INFOREST SYSTEM (optional). * Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and strong conversational skills. * High sense of responsibility, ability to adapt to change, and capacity for teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude, and initiative. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for following BPM and HACCP guidelines. * Excellence in customer service. * Properly inspecting and receiving products arriving from the warehouse. * Knowledge of suggestive selling. * Performing salon cleaning, disinfection, and setup. * Adhering to opening and closing procedures. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary. * Full payroll registration. * Corporate benefits.
