Job Summary: We are seeking Full-Time Multifunctional Assistants for our store, responsible for executing procurement, shelf stocking, inventory management, and customer service processes. We are currently recruiting **FULL-TIME MULTIFUNCTIONAL ASSISTANTS** for our **VEGA CASH COLONIAL STORE \- FULL TIME** REQUIREMENTS: * Reside in areas near the store location (Lima and/or surrounding areas) * Completed secondary education (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 months of customer service experience (Preferred) * Availability to work retail hours (Mid-shift and Closing shift) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for executing key operational processes: procurement, shelf stocking, inventory management, price control, and product expiry management (FIFO). * Assist and guide customers in locating products in sales floor aisles. * Ensure proper presentation of displays on the sales floor (pricing/promotions/expiry dates) * Conduct daily inventory counts and report results to the Floor Coordinator or Store Manager * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and daily offers * Keep assigned aisles and displays clean and organized * Restock and organize displays at the end of each day to ensure proper presentation upon store opening * Verify and count banknotes and coins before, during, and after cash register operations * Guide customers during checkout and payment processing * Issue official payment receipts BENEFITS: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (Biannual Bonus, Compulsory Savings Fund - CTS, EsSalud Social Insurance, Family Allowance, Paid Vacation) * Ongoing training programs * Pleasant working environment * Corporate agreements and discounts * Biweekly salary payments * Opportunity for growth and career progression Join the VEGA Group Family!
