A leading Peruvian automotive sector company, specializing in the manufacturing of engine gaskets, with presence in over 30 countries and also engaged in wholesale distribution of high-quality auto parts, is currently seeking **DISPATCH OPERATORS**. We seek responsible, committed individuals with a willingness to learn and develop within the organization. WORK SCHEDULE Sunday: Day off. Availability for both shifts, with monthly rotation: Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. BENEFITS * Direct payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Salary of S/ 1,150\. * Salary increase upon completion of one year. * Transportation allowance. * Attendance bonus. * Meals covered at 70%. * Job-specific training. * Career path and growth opportunities. * Job stability. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Receive and verify products according to shipping documents and work orders. \- Perform receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods related to import and export processes. \- Verify quantities, documentation, and physical condition of critical goods. \- Record incoming, outgoing, and location movements of goods in designated systems and formats. \- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products (NCP). Monitor and report stock levels of critical goods. REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education. * Prior warehouse or distribution experience is not mandatory. * Availability for both shifts. * Availability to work overtime. * Good physical condition. * Responsibility and commitment. * Willingness to learn and work collaboratively. * Foreign nationals with valid documentation are welcome.
