Interdisciplinary team collaboration **About the Position** Instituto Traumatológico SAC is seeking a Nursing Technician to provide assistance support to the medical technology and physical medicine team in patient care at a rehabilitation center in Lima. Independencia Branch **Requirements** Diploma in Nursing (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care in clinics, polyclinics, or rehabilitation centers. Knowledge of biosafety standards and basic nursing procedures. Service-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team. Availability to work at any of our Independencia branches. Basic proficiency in computer tools and record-keeping systems. **Responsibilities** Provide assistance support to the medical technologist during patient preparation and use of physical therapy equipment. Assist with patient mobilization, comfort, and well-being during sessions. Record attendance and relevant observations for each patient. Maintain the treatment area or gym clean, organized, and fully equipped for patient care. Report any incidents occurring during sessions to the medical technologist or coordinator.
