At **Los Mirtos Suite \& Hotel**, we are looking for **Part-Time Housekeeping Staff / Room Cleaning Staff** — responsible, organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation in our guest rooms and various hotel areas. We seek individuals with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team — who can support the Housekeeping department during peak operational hours and contribute to ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to perform physical tasks required for the position. * Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team. * Ability to follow cleaning procedures and instructions. * Availability to work under a **Part-Time** arrangement. * Availability to work during scheduled shifts as determined by the department’s roster. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays when operations require it. * Availability to work onsite in **Lince, Lima**. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform **cleaning, organizing, and preparing occupied rooms, checkout rooms, and vacant rooms**. * Properly make beds and organize linens and towels to ensure an appropriate presentation. * Clean and disinfect bathrooms, furniture, floors, surfaces, and other room elements. * Restock amenities, toilet paper, towels, and other supplies specified by the hotel. * Verify that rooms are properly prepared before being assigned to guests. * Immediately report any **damage, defects, forgotten items, or incidents** found in rooms. * Report rooms requiring maintenance or repair. * Use cleaning products, materials, and equipment correctly. * Keep housekeeping carts, storage areas, and assigned materials organized. * Assist in cleaning **hallways, staircases, common areas, and other hotel zones**, as needed. * Comply with the hotel’s established hygiene, cleaning, and safety procedures. * Coordinate with the Housekeeping and Front Desk teams to communicate room status. * Accurately report any pending tasks or incidents before concluding the shift. * Safeguard hotel property, equipment, furniture, and materials. * Support the Housekeeping team during periods of high occupancy or as required by hotel operations.
