At Macchia, a pastry café, we are looking for a Pastry Assistant for our location in Barranco, for the Day or Dawn shift. **SCHEDULES:** * Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. * Dawn Shift: Monday to Saturday, 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. **Requirements:** * Studies in Gastronomy and/or Pastry (graduated or current student – preferred). * Minimum 3 months of experience in kitchen, pastry, or food production. * Experience as a pastry assistant or in cafés (preferred). * Knowledge of supporting dessert production and basic decoration. * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene. * Interest in production and large-volume preparation. * Willingness to work in a team and follow established processes. * Immediate availability. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll + statutory benefits. * 100% covered lunch.
