We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Chemist for an import pharmacy to supervise staff, manage products, and ensure regulatory compliance.

**Pharmaceutical Chemist \- with experience**
Requirements:
* Degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, licensed and authorized, with over 3 years of experience.
* **Proven experience in Import Pharmacy** (BPA, BPD, HEALTH REGISTRATIONS)
* Strong service orientation, leadership ability, and goal-driven mindset
* Good communication skills and professional interaction with staff at the pharmaceutical establishment. **ERP system proficiency**
* Must reside in the Puente Piedra district or nearby areas (Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the proper execution of assigned tasks by the department's technical staff. .
* Request, store, safeguard, dispense, and control narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, precursors, and medications containing them; and prepare and submit balance reports as stipulated in the Narcotics Regulation, etc., subject to health authority inspection.
* Verify that no contaminated, adulterated, counterfeit, altered, expired, or otherwise compromised products or devices exist — including those flagged by the Health Authority — and ensure such items are removed from sale and placed in the quarantine or rejection area, properly labeled and sealed for subsequent destruction.
* Review technical documentation for products (ISO, Certificates, RS, EETT) to verify compliance with quality specifications.
* Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards \- Provide pharmaceutical care.
* Continuously train and supervise assistant and technical staff on proper performance of their duties.
* Comply with and enforce Good Storage Practices, Good Dispensing Practices, and Pharmacovigilance practices.
* Be responsible for regulatory compliance and respond appropriately during health authority inspections and visits.
