




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations Intern to support disciplinary actions, coordinate with union support departments, and consolidate information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Labor and union relations support 2. Drafting and reviewing labor-related documents 3. Compliance with Peruvian labor regulations At **QROMA**, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of: **Pre-Professional Intern in Labor Relations** **What is the main objective?** To support the Labor Relations Department by handling disciplinary measures, coordinating with union support departments to address union requests, answering questions, and consolidating information. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Document support (e.g., sending letters to notaries, receiving documentation, etc.). \- Drafting letters and written materials on labor-related topics under direct supervisor’s guidance. \- Reviewing contracts, policies, procedures, and other labor-related documents under direct supervisor’s guidance. \- Performing other labor-related tasks specific to the department, with support and supervision from the direct supervisor. \- Staying updated on Peruvian labor regulations. **Requirements:** \- Students enrolled from the 6th semester onward in Law, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Basic English language proficiency. \- Basic to intermediate Excel skills. \- Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) is desirable. \- Six months of experience in similar roles is desirable.
