Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator to directly participate in the manufacturing process, operate machinery, and ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Pleasant working environment **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area by performing cleaning tasks, as well as organizing tools and equipment, raw materials, etc. * Weigh raw materials according to production requirements and work orders. * Directly participate in the production process. * Operate one or more production machines, including those from the Rubber, Masterbatch, Evatec, Pigments, and/or Ecotec lines (e.g., injection molding machine, kneader, extruder, bag-making machine, pelletizer, EVA, masterbatch, color and rubber mill, color mixing kettles, paste mill, wax masterbatch machine, etc.). Verify initial operating conditions of machines. * Carry out necessary production activities for the formulation of compounds, masterbatches, and pastes. * Meet delivery deadlines, as well as quantity and quality requirements of finished products. * Receive, inspect, store, and organize raw materials and finished goods. * Prepare goods for shipment to customers. **EDUCATION** * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies preferred. * 6 months of experience **CONDITIONS:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 a.m. to 06:06 p.m. * Fixed-term contract. * Profit-sharing. * Pleasant working environment.
