




Job Summary: We are seeking engineering graduates with experience in food plants to supervise operations and coordinate production processes, ensuring optimization and adherence to production plans. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and coordination of operations in the food production plant 2. Development of production plans and monitoring of compliance 3. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance **REQUIREMENTS** Graduates in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. 6 months of experience in food plants. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Leadership ability and teamwork skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Recording of production/manufacturing parts and orders, kardex management, and warehouse administration. Supervising operations in the production plant. Coordinating production processes according to the Production Plan guidelines. Developing the Weekly Production Plan jointly with the Production Manager and monitoring its execution to optimize personnel working hours and activities on the production line. Periodically coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance and following up to ensure proper machinery operation.
