Willingness to learn and adapt to the role JOIN OUR TEAM! **Machine Operator – Ate Branch** We are a leading company in the Peruvian automotive sector, present in over 30 countries, dedicated to manufacturing and distributing high-quality automotive parts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operating **production machinery** (ringing, preparation, cutting, rubber processing, and manual operations). * Keeping the workplace clean and organized. * Complying with quality, safety, and internal regulations. * Following work instructions and evacuation routes. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * **Minimum of 1 month’s experience in a plant or production environment**. * Willingness to learn and adapt to the role. * Availability to work overtime. **Benefits:** * Direct payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Starting salary of S/1150 with annual increments. * 70% coverage of meal expenses. * Attendance bonuses based on shift. * Free Sunday.
