Specialization in Organizational Psychology **Psychology Graduate \- Remote work** We are looking for Psychology students or graduates interested in entering or specializing in the field of Organizational Psychology. You will work in the Recruitment and Selection department, receiving comprehensive training and coaching throughout all stages of the selection process; outstanding performers will be offered a career path. Limited positions available. **Key Requirements:** \- Psychology students in their 4th or 5th year, or Psychology graduates \- With or without recruitment experience (training will be provided). \- Availability to work remotely from home \- Availability to work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. \- Access to functional work tools such as: laptop or computer, mobile phone with plan, and fixed internet connection at home (preferred) **Responsibilities:** \- Assist with candidate outreach calls \- Schedule interviews with potential candidates according to the analyzed profile \- Competency-based interviews \- Prepare psycho-occupational reports, score psychometric and projective assessments \- Conduct employment reference checks and perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor **Benefits:** \- Monthly bonus of 200 soles for internet, calls, and transportation \- Commissions of S/30 to S/50 per position successfully filled \- Training in end-to-end personnel selection processes \- Career path \- Work certificate issued upon completion of a minimum three-month internship with the company.
