Genuine learning opportunities within a close-knit team At HD HEADHUNTERS, we are recruiting for a major client — a real estate company — to hire an individual with potential to grow into a Real Estate Sales Advisor role. **Prior sales experience and experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.** We primarily seek attitude, sound judgment, genuine service orientation, responsibility, and sincere enthusiasm for learning and professional growth. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY?** You will primarily handle inbound sales for a residential project located in Santiago de Surco. You will receive and guide interested clients, understand their needs, accompany them throughout the sales process, and provide attentive, clear, and personalized service. We will train you thoroughly on the real estate project. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Excellent communication skills and ease in interacting with others. * A genuine service orientation. * Responsibility, organization, and commitment. * Sound judgment to analyze situations and verify information before responding. * Humility to learn and improve daily. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Interest in building a professional career. Interest in architecture, design, interior decoration, art, or the humanities is considered an asset, though not mandatory. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Fixed monthly fee of S/ 1,200 via receipt for services rendered. * Attractive commissions: 0.5% – 0.9% of total monthly sales. * Commercial training. * Continuous training. * Primarily inbound sales: client visits to the sales booth and social media outreach. * On-site work with full-time schedule, including weekends, with compensatory time off. * Genuine learning and development opportunities within a growing company. * A close-knit team and a learning-oriented culture.
